Melon de Bourgogne from the Pont-Caffino terroir, in the commune of Maisdon-sur-Sèvre, granodiorite subsoil, vinified in barrels for 10 months then put back in bulk before bottling.

Cru Château-Thébaud

Melon de Bourgogne from the Pont-Caffino terroir, in the commune of Maisdon-sur-Sèvre. Granodiorite subsoil, vinified in underground vats and benefiting from long aging (24 to 36 months).
